One of the reasons why I enjoy wildlife photography so much is that it gives me the opportunity to witness many amazing aspects of my photographic subjects life, and feel integrated into their - our - environment. By letting people know about the amazing creatures that surroud us, many times much closer then they expect, wonderbirds tries to give its contribution to the preservation of their existence.
Wonderbirds is, however, essentialy a photography web site, my selection criteria is oriented to the artistic value of the displayed photos and not the rarity of the depicted wildlife.
